Scoping, Advisory and Planning Meeting
Our first step with all new clients is to schedule an Initial Scoping, Advisory and Planning meeting with Kirsten (who is the founder of BizWhiz Business Solutions, a Principal BAS Agent, and has been recognised for her work in supporting small business owners with national and state accounting awards).
Our initial Advisory and Planning meeting will provide a wonderful opportunity for Kirsten to fully appreciate your current requirements, and to discuss solutions as to how we may assist with your immediate bookkeeping requirements, as well as your required financial compliance and financial reporting obligations.
We have always received a very positive response to the outcomes from these meetings.
The fee for our initial Advisory and Planning meeting is charged at $150.00 per hour (exc. GST). We find that most initial meetings will last between 1 to 1.5 hours.
Please note that our Advisory fees are not a reflection of our fees for ongoing bookkeeping or administration related services.
Arising from the initial Scoping, Advisory and Planning meeting we will develop a series of recommended actions for you, as well as the planned staged approach to implement those actions.
At this time, we will also be very clear and transparent on the anticipated time and fees expected to implement the recommended actions. We will then work with you to establish a budget and a fixed fee to assist with any ongoing support and assistance.
We look forward to meeting with you, and to more about your business story, and how we can assist with your requirements and current challenges in business.
We will contact you to confirm a preferred time for an online Zoom meeting to conduct your Advisory meeting.
Any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled Advisory meeting will be non-refundable. If the cancellation request has been received prior to 24 hours of the scheduled Advisory meeting, a refund less a 10% administration fee will be provided.
If you are requesting a refund please email email@example.com, stating your reasons why you no longer wish to proceed with your Advisory meeting.
